initial screening:
when applying, you will answer a series of initial questions to determine if you meet the minimum required parameters.
avi interview & brief call:
if you pass the screening, you will have an interview with avi, our recruitment bot, followed by a short call (less than 15 minutes) with our recruiter.
account interview:
if you advance, you will have an interview with the specific account you are applying for. you will receive feedback on your performance that same day.
offer & onboarding:
if the interview is successful, we will make a formal proposal. once accepted, we will proceed with the contract signing. **and that's it, you'll be ready to start working with us!**
